We market our properties to attract the perfect tenants. We have a thorough screening process. It is designed to protect our landlords interests and choose the most qualified tenant. Our application includes a background and credit check. We check landlord and employment references. Rent is collected through a secure portal. This easy rent collection process allows us to get our landlords paid in a timely manner by direct deposit.
Property Maintenance
We handle all maintenance requests and schedule the work to be completed by our in-house maintenance team or by our professional, experienced and insured vendors. We know how to get our properties ready to rent. All aspects of the property will be maintained, including lawn maintenance.
Accounting and reporting
We always pay our landlords in a timely manner after collecting rent. Regular expense reports will be provided by email.
Pet Program
Some of our properties have a strict No Pet policy. Others are pet friendly. By adopting a pet friendly policy, landlords will be able to charge pet fees and they can charge more for rent. With the vast majority of renters owning pets, it can be much easier when the tenant and landlord embrace the pet friendly policy and everyone will be happy in the end.
Eviction
We understand the frustration caused when tenants break their lease, stop paying rent or damage a property. The eviction process can take some time and become costly. We handle evictions as quickly as legally possible and save on court and attorney costs where we can.
